Ertu skarpari en skólakrakki?
Ég er búinn að bíða eftir þessum þáttum með smá spennu, og horfði á fyrsta þáttinn í gær á VODinu sem við erum nýkomin með.
Mér fannst þátturinn góður. Góð hugmynd bakvið þáttinn, sem byggður er á bandaríska þættinum Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader?, og góð framkvæmd á þættinum. Fyrir þá sem ekki vita er hugmyndin svona: Þú færð séns á að vinna tvær milljónir króna ef þú getur svarað ellefu spurningum rétt. Að vísu færðu smá hjálp. Þú ert með krakka hjá þér, sem getur reddað þér ef þú veist ekki svarið. Þú getur kíkt hjá honum, sem virkar þannig að þú ræður hvort þú notfærir þér svarið hans eða ekki, þú getur hermt eftir krakkanum, og þá ertu fastur með svarið sem hann heldur að sé rétt eða þá að krakkinn getur bjargað þér, það er ef þú svarar rangt en hann rétt þá mátt þú halda áfram. Hvert „svindl“ mátt þú nota einu sinni. Krakkarnir eru svo sérhæfðir í einhverjum flokki, eða flokkum. Flokkunum er skipt upp eftir fimm erfiðleikastigum, þar sem tveir flokkar eru í hverju stigi. Svo færð þú spurningu sem grunnskólakrakki ætti að geta svarað. Þegar þú ert svarar fimmtu spurningu rétt ertu öruggur með 200.000 krónur.
Það sem mér finnst helst að þættinum er Gunnar Hansson, þáttastjórnandinn. Hann var með mjög lélega brandara á meðan þættinum stóð, og var það hálfpartinn eins og hann vissi ekkert hvað hann væri eða ætti að gera. Hann hló, því sem mér fannst vera, taugaóstyrkum hlátri og náði litlu sambandi við þátttakendurna. Einnig fannst mér stelpan sem hét, minnir mig, Elínrós virkilega pirrandi. Mjög cocky fimmti-bekkingur sem virtist hafa þörf á að skjóta inn brandara við hvert tækifæri. Verst er bara að hvorki hún né annar krakki á hennar aldri eru fyndin ef þau reyna það.
Annars fannst mér þessir fyrstu tveir þátttakendur frekar fyndnir. Annar var 37 ára, sköllóttur maður sem minnti sláandi mikið á Hómer Simpson, og önnur 29 ára kona sem virti skólakrakkann sinn ekkert og skaut á han nokkrum sinnum.
En þá er það stóra spurningin: Er ég skarpari en skólakrakki.. ? Nei. Ég vissi nú ekki helminginn af því sem spurt var að í þættinum, þ.á.m. hvort það sæist á eyrum hesta hvernig skapi þeir væru í. Ert ÞÚ skarpari en skólakrakki?
